Sefton council event

Hi to all of those great people I met Friday June 18th in Lancaster. What a great event this was - Head and deputy headteachers having some time out to plan, think, get motivated and generally connect with their power within the great educational melting pot. I gave a motivational presentation about the Work-life balance and  received great feedback. I was of course delighted to hear this! - This is my nugget to share with you from this - It's important for everyone to know when they've done a great job and when they have to work on things. If you work with others, remember to acknowledge any of their achievements, no matter how small ;-)
