Hello again, well I have just returned from an epic fortnight of work culminating in delivering a motivational session for Sefton Council's Headteachers. It was a great event! It's always a pleasure for me to share my experiences to give others a different view of things. We focused on how to create an effective work-life balance - rather than the work-life 'see-saw' we often become at the effect of! I had the opportunity to meet some really dedicated and enthusiastic people. It's always good to know children are in such good hands, with everyone pulling in the same direction, and being willing to learn and grow - just like their young charges.
In the midst of my fortnight of 'action' I worked with Andy Harrington - a truely inspirational guy. It was a privilege to spend the whole weekend in London with him and his team. I returned to Leeds (briefly) feeling refreshed and inspired to continue my work.
I am also looking forward to returning to Spain to have some reflective time, before developing my next project(s).
